Mission Statement:
A deployed service member spends 525,000 minutes in harm's way. The USA Cares Share A Minute program is asking Americans to donate one minute of support ($25.00) to provide emergency assistance to military families that are in financial crisis due to the hardships of multiple deployments .If we can cover an entire year of minutes of a deployment, USA Cares will have $13,000,000 to provide emergency assistance to our troops and their families.

Please put SAM in the note field of your donation, to ensure your contribution goes to this specific program.
A year-long tour in Iraq or Afghanistan lasts 525,000 minutes.
USA Cares recognizes that among our returned troops, over 300,000 are potentially suffering from TBI and PTSD. Of those, over half are undiagnosed and many who are diagnosed are not receiving treatment.
Our program of “Treatment Can't Wait ” helps facilitate and remove barriers to that treatment, as well as assists in identifying those who need help.

No one has missed all the media attention to homes being foreclosed, and military families are no exception. There is evidence to suggest that the rate among military families is significantly higher than the national average.
USA Cares for the past two and a half years has prevented foreclosure of over 350 homes, keeping 1,100 military kids in their own beds. We intend, with your help, to continue that effort.
One minute. One life. Now is the time to make a difference. Please help us help them.
Thank You For Supporting the Efforts of USA Cares .
As a non-profit organization, USA Cares depends on direct financial support to pay for the many services provided our military families when in need. By providing a contribution, your involvement in this worthy enterprise ensures these services will continue without interruption.
