Thank you for visiting the USA Cares Indiana Chapter page!
Indiana is a highly military-oriented state and is home to several current and former military installations. The largest of these facilities is the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, also one of the country’s largest bases of its kind. Other well-known, active installations include the National Guard fighter units at Fort Wayne, Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (one of the best urban training facilities in the world). There are 59 active Indiana Guard Reserve Units and nearly 500,000 veterans living in Indiana.

Since 2003, USA Cares has helped 1,686 Hoosier military families with over $390,000 in assistance – 235 homes have been saved from foreclosure or eviction. The Indiana Chapter will work hard to raise funds for the state through fundraising and awareness, in order to continue to support military and veteran families in crisis.

Our monthly meetings are held in Valparaiso on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.  Please join us in supporting our Hoosier families by volunteering your time at our next event.
